Individuals registration data is collected via a secure self-registration portal or provided to Heed by the group admin in bulk. The group is onboarded to our HIPAA Compliant Portal and members sign a consent releasing COVID-19-related health information to the group administrators.
Vaccination records, exemption letters and test results are verified and uploaded to the patient portal. Patients have access to their own personal records through the Patient Portal and group Administrators have access to all member records via the Heed Admin Portal.
Our ‘COVID-Compliance’ dashboard equips group admins with a simplified, real time snapshot of each member’s vaccination status along with the date and result of their most recent COVID test. Focused reports provide more detailed insights on group testing, screening and vaccination trends over time.
For those who want to monitor the health status of their members more closely, a simple 3-question health survey can be scheduled. Daily text reminders scheduled at a time of your choosing prompt group members to complete their survey prior to arriving on-site.
Testers follow simple instructions to collect, package and ship their samples to our premier laboratory for expedited processing. Results are received within 24 hours and loaded directly to the Heed portal where they are immediately available to the patient and group administrator.
When a patient tests positives, a Heed medical provider personally contacts the patient to provide guidance and support. The Heed Provider then updates the group administrator and assists with any contact tracing or subsequent support as needed.
