Event Safety Plan Development

Our Approach

Asses

Our field personnel conduct an immediate evaluation, under the supervision of a licensed physician, to determine injury severity and any need for escalation.

Treat

Stabilization is delivered on-site following standardized protocols and under physician direction.

Coordinate

If emergency transport is needed, we coordinate directly with local EMS and stay with the patient until help arrives.

Report

We track all incidents and share a quick summary with event hosts. It’s not just about reporting but finding ways to make future events even safer!

Secure Your Date

To confirm your booking, a 50% retainer deposit is required. This deposit serves to reserve your event dates and enables our team to initiate the setup process.

Meet Your Coordinator

After securing your event date, you’ll meet with your assigned Event Coordinator who will guide you through the process from start to finish.

On the day of your event, our medics will arrive fully briefed and ready to ensure your guests’ safety so you can relax and focus on its success!
